Beach House Rental - FAQs

Q: I am interested in your family beach house rental property. What should I do?

A: To rent the property please contact us directly or fill out a form on our reservations page.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?

A: It depends.  However, as soon as you have a date in mind check with our availability.

Q: How far is Disney World Resort from the beach house rental?

A: It is 1 1/2  hours....a direct shot.....we can give you directions!

Q: Which airport should I fly into to get to your house.

A:  You can fly into Orlando, which will probably give you the best rates.  However, you can also fly into Melbourne or West Palm and be closer by car.

Q:  Do you allow pets?

A:  No.  Unless they are seeing eye dogs, pets are not allowed.  Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis.

Q: How far are you from civilization?

A:  We are a quick 5 miles from the 17th street bridge that takes you to the mainland, where there are supermarkets and gas.  North 5 miles on A1A takes you into the quaint town of Vero Beach, which offers exclusive shopping and fine dining, from eclectic to exquisite seafood and everything in between.

Q:  What activities are available there at the family beach house rental?

A:  Biking and Roller-blading on A1A are great; excellent charter fishing is available at the marinas in Ft. Pierce, 7 miles south; water sports and rentals are everywhere.  Of course, swimming, beach combing, and sunbathing are ideal!
