As our week has come to a close, we reflect on the wonderful
experience we shared here with our dear friends.
Last
night, sitting on the deck, we were awestruck by the amazing
meteor light show that was accompanied by the music of
the crashing surf. We were drawn in immediately by the
serene peace and tranquility. The cares and stress melted
away with each passing day spent rocking on the porch.
This will forever be etched in our minds of the secret
place we can retreat to, when life becomes overwhelming.
We loved this place and hated to leave! May others experience
the same.

Oh...
about our vacation... The stay at the beach house was
truly wonderful. Imagine being able to sit for hours,
rocking on the porch, reading, chatting with friends,
laughing, hearing the endless pounding surf, watching
the flocks of birds, occasionally seeing people walk by,
then being able to say "oh excuse me for a moment
I'm going to go in side for a bit and take a nap",
imbibing in an adult beverage, eating delightfully, playing
some pinochle and cranium, and never having to leave the
beach house for a whole week. A solid week of relaxation.
Each morning we would sit out on the porch and watch a
complete and entirely different sunrise process. We'd
stay until all the color was gone from the sky.

This house is one of a kind. This morning a large sea
turtle came up and laid its eggs directly at the end of
the pathway leading from the house. It was amazing. Thanks
for providing such a great place to create new memories.

This is such a wonderful place. It's more than a house,
its a place of family!!! We have had one of the best times
in a while being with family, listening to the ocean breeze,
the quiet time. You couldn't ask for anything better.

Beach front vacations have always been a focus with us.
For years we would spend a week at the Outer Banks of
N.C. We'd travel annually from New England and meet there
with family and friends. It was always a delight. We've
now found something better, more relaxing, with all the
amenities we could ever want. There is nothing like the
Roe Family Beach House anywhere. And to boot, we can now
come annually from the west coast of Florida.

I love this house very much. It is very relaxing. The
waves broke right at the shore. I enjoyed riding them
on my boggy board. Mom and Jim body surfed with Helen
and Ted. I want to move here when I get older. Its so
peaceful. Love the deck around the house and the downstairs
shower.

We've had a fabulous two weeks here with most of our
family. The weather was perfect. The house and porch lends
itself to such relaxing and beautiful surroundings. Although
we have a house at the beach at Cape Code, there is nothings
like being able to dash into the water here and not turn
blue with cold.

The week was perfect. The hammock is the best also the
showers downstairs. Enjoyed the native plants and the
wildness of it. Counted 15-20 new turtle nests from your
house south about 1 mile over the 7 days here. Thank you
for sharing a little bit of heaven.

We are enchanted with your bungalow, the beach, the scenery
and the local color. We have always been beach people
and enjoy our's at home in the north Florida, but your
area is just a bit more tropical and pleasant to say the
least - the privacy is to be treasured.

Great house. We had a gang from N. Carolina, Oregon,
Arizona and Baboon Park Fla here for 10 days. Water was
surprisingly warm, fishing great off the mangroves, conversations
meaningful and fun. An abundance of laughter over our
sometimes 7 course seafood banquets. Special place ...
we all hope to come back.

What a wonderful spot for our family to get together.
We enjoyed the naturalness of the surroundings, the walks,
moon over the ocean and pounding waves.The cousins had
a wonderful time at the beach, collecting shells and playing
ball. We can hardly wait to come back next year. We haven't
seen any other place like it.

We saw turtle tracks on the beach, leaping manta rays
in the ocean, dancing dolphins, very large fish below
our kayak and especially enjoyed the cardinal which made
its appearance first thing in the morning and again in
the evening. The beach house is a prize. We all had a
wonderful week.

It's so gorgeous and the ocean lovely for every possible
