Accomodations - Beach House Rules

Here's some good information to have on hand for your visit .............

- Main key unlocks all doors – Great Room, North and South Suites.

- Absolutely no animals.

- Circuit Breakers – South Suite, south wall – for all electric units in house.  Keep everything turned on at all times.  You may turn up A/C thermostats if not in use or simply turn off at the thermostat.  Do not turn any power off at the breakers unless emergency.

accomodations beach house rules- Air conditioning units and heating are controlled separately in the Great Room, North and South Suites.  Please maintain 78° - 80° F when in use. When in use, units should be set as follows:
AC – ON, Fan – AUTO. Unoccupied suites should be set as follows:  AC – OFF, Fan – AUTO,  or AC - ON with the temperature set at 90° F.

- Hoses:  one on the back landing, one in the front, leading to the beach.  HOSE FEET whenever coming up from the beach. Please make this a rule for anyone coming upstairs, and we will keep all the sand 'on the beach'!  ALWAYS CHECK FOR TAR, as after the hurricanes, it may show up!  The 'Tar Station' with baby oil and rags is located on the front landing.  If tar is tracked into the house, please contact the managment for recommendation.

- Kitchen - We have a “lend and replace” policy.  Please use condiments, spices, soaps, paper goods, etc and replenish for the next guest.

- Garbage pickup is early on Mondays and Thursdays.  Trash accumulating in cans at the back of Great Room should be carried to the end of the road next to mailboxes on Wednesday evening and Sunday afternoon before leaving.  Recycling is every other week and will be carried out by the maid service.  Put bottles, cans and papers in blue containers and help us recycle!!!

- Water - City water is very expensive…please use sparingly.  PIMAG ultrafiltration drinking water is available at the kitchen sink.  Pull out pin on the faucet while the water is running for filtered mineral water.  DO NOT PUT HOT WATER THROUGH PIMAG UNIT.

- Washer/Dryer - use as needed; replenish what supplies are used if needed.  DO NOT put sandy clothes in the washer.  DO NOT OVERLOAD, please!

- Gas Grill – is located on the back landing and is available for use.  Please turn off  gas tank after each use, an put return to storage location when not in use.  An aluminum pan underneath catches grease drippings, but must be kept empty between us, or the fat drippings will attract animals up on the deck.
